DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENCE

By purchasing any digital product from For the Brave Co, you agree to the licence terms below.

1. Licence Type
Each purchase grants you a single-use commercial licence, meaning:
You may use the template for:

• your own business or
• one client project

You may not:

• reuse the template for multiple clients
• resell the template
• redistribute or share the files
• claim the design as your own
• recreate the template to sell as a template
• offer it as part of a website-in-a-day/week service without permission
• train AI tools on the template or use AI to generate derivative designs
• train AI tools on any designs, layouts or templates created by For the Brave Co.

If you want additional uses, you must purchase additional licences or contact me for extended terms.

2. Refund Policy
Digital products are delivered instantly.
For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is faulty and cannot be accessed.

3. What’s Included
Each product page will outline what’s included, which may be:

• Showit templates
• Canva templates
• digital downloads
• guides or content packs
• video tutorials or instructions

Unless stated otherwise, support is not included beyond basic access issues.

4. Prohibited Use
You may not:

• share the file with others
• upload templates to libraries, Facebook groups or cloud-sharing services
• strip the design and rebuild it as a new template
• repackage assets as your own
• use the design to create products for resale (e.g. templates, themes)

5. Intellectual Property
All designs remain the intellectual property of For the Brave Co.
You receive a licence to use, not ownership of the underlying design structure.

6. Liability
For the Brave Co is not responsible for:

• third-party platform issues (Showit, Canva, etc)
• loss of data
• incorrect implementation
• modifications made after purchase

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
